Terms & Conditions
- Courses are to be pre-paid unless you have an account agreed with training support industry ltd.
- Full course fees will still be charged for any confirmed booking which have then been cancelled or failed to attend.
- Delegates MUST attend every day required of the course, if delegates fail to attend any of the days full payment for the course will still be required.
- If required we can send out course materials to the delegates prior to the commencement of the course, this is subject to full payment of the course being received and the additional cost of postage and packaging.
- If the course is cancelled within 10 days of the course date full payment will still be required.
- Before booking ensure that you know about the courses contents to ensure that this specific course meets your training needs.
- All CPCS theory and practical tests candidates will be required to hold a valid CPCS test valid within the last 2 year.
- If a candidate is undertaking a CPCS test they must hold a valid theory test within the last 6 months.
- Failure to complete a theory test will result in not being able to carry out a practical test.
- If the invoice is not cleared within the payment terms your outstanding invoice will be passed to a depth recovery agent and there charges will be added to the invoice cost.
- NVQ’s are to be pre-paid for prior to us registering the qualification with the awarding body.
- We are unable to cancel NVQ’s once a learner has been registered. (full fee’s still apply)
