After completion of the course the candidate will:
- Have a basic understanding of confirming work activities and resources for an occupational work area in the workplace.
- Have a basic understanding of developing and maintaining good occupational working relationships in the workplace.
- Have a basic understanding of confirming the occupational method of work in the workplace.
- Be able to implement and maintain health, safety and welfare in the workplace.
- Have a basic understanding of co-ordinating and organising work operations in the workplace.
- Be able to allocate and monitor the use of plant and equipment in the workplace.
- Be able to monitor progress of work against schedules in the workplace.
- Be able to confirm work meets quality standards in the workplace.
- Have a basic knowledge of implementing procedures to support the team’s performance in the workplace.
- Be able to co-ordinate and confirm dimensional control of requirements of the work in the workplace.
- Be able to contribute to the circulation of construction related project information in the workplace.
